ROBIN MARGOLIS is a matrilineal Jew. She is the daughter of a Jewish Orthodox Polish mother and an Episcopalian WASP father. She was brought up as an Episcopalian.
Robin affiliated as an adult with Judaism. Robin identifies as an Inclusivist Jew with a "culturally Christian half" (strong emotional ties to her Christian family and their rich Scots-English-Dutch Protestant heritage).
Robin is the Coordinator of the Half-Jewish Network. Her past activities in various Jewish communities have included teaching introductory classes on the Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism) and leading a Jewish Renewal women's havurah.
Robin is currently enrolled in an independent rabbinic program, the Rabbinical Seminary International.
She is the founder of the Inclusivist Judaism Coalition, a new group working on creating a more welcoming Jewish spiritual and secular culture. She writes a blog on interfaith family issues for www.jewcy.com

Robin currently lives "between" Washington, DC and New York City.
SARAH BUXBAUM is a patrilineal Jew. She spent her childhood as a member of a Jewish Humanist congregation in Deerfield, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, and as a teenager and a young adult was a member of the Jewish Secular Society of Cleveland, Ohio. She has also been a member of several Reconstructionist and Reform synagogues.
She has a nice husband, and an extremely active child.

SUSAN LANDER is a born Jew with much family intermarriage experience, including two adorable baby cousins who have a Jewish mother and a Muslim father. She was a founding member of a Reconstructionist havurah in Philadelphia, and has been active in several Jewish communities.

Susan has worked as a manager in the organizing department of a large labor union, in their New York City regional office. She is a lawyer with extensive experience in women's rights, pay equity, and other labor and discrimination issues.
